Shipping:
Typically we ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, a 3 to 4 day delivery time, but if you message me I can ship your costume via Overnight-Delivery at an additional cost. Priority mail shipments only apply to US residents only.
Valances are shipped out first class US Postal Service. If you are purchasing more then 4 valances, they are shipped out US Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail applies to US residents only.
NOTE: Priority Mail is only provided for US customers only.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are not accepted on any item especially costumes. If you are interested in exchanging a valance for another I will offer that service as an option.
You are allowed one alteration within the same 30 day period, on stock or custom costumes. There is a $15.00 return shipping charge for this alteration service.
